It is exciting to know that everything is going well and that Ceviche will open its doors in September. I have prepared some English language teaching materials based on the Evening Standard´s story ¨Hitch up that llama-Lima ´s come to London” and my students reaction has been of surprise and pride that Peruvian cuisine is making its mark in London.They also wish you all the best!! I am sure, Martin, the you will have a great success with “Ceviche”.
When I was living in England (I am peruvian) , I can clearly remember, that everytime my auntie prepared peruvian dishes, like “Aji de Gallina” or “Papa a la Huancaína” for guests invited for dinner at our house, everyone loved it, praising the taste and flavours of the peruvian cuisine, and of course, my auntie´s touch…
It will not take long before Ceviche becomes famous, very famous!! My best wishes for it!!!
