Ceviche Soho takes over Ember Yard with a special menu created by Martin Morales and Vitelio Reyes. The sharing menu includes 'King Prawns with Rocoto Tiger's Milk, Coriander Oil and candied Kumquats' and 'Marinated Grey Mullet with Uchucuta Herbs, Chimichurri and Cassava Cream'. There will even be a Pisco cocktail on offer.
