We're celebrating National Pisco Sour Day with a free Pisco Sour masterclass hosted by Ceviche founder Martin Morales alongside his Executive Bars Manager and Young British Foodies awards finalist Miguel Arbe. We're also offering tastings from our extensive collection of pisco infusions – known as ‘macerados’. With Martin and Miguel’s expert guidance, each guest at the special masterclass will learn how to make their own Pisco Sour, Peru’s national cocktail, and enjoy the drink they make.
